Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email, phone number, and business details. When your AI voice agent takes a call, we collect the caller's name, phone number, email (if provided), and booking details.
How We Use Information
We use this information to operate your dashboard, send booking confirmations and reminders by email, send optional SMS notifications about new bookings and account activity to numbers that have opted in, and provide customer support.
SMS Communications
SMS alerts are optional. Creating an account or using the service does not sign you up for text messages. You opt in only by checking the SMS consent checkbox when adding a mobile number under Dashboard → Settings → Alert recipients. Consent is not a condition of using the service. Messages are transactional (new booking alerts and account activity); frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Mobile Information and SMS Consent
No mobile information, including phone numbers or opt-in consent, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This information is used solely to provide the SMS notification services described in this policy. All other categories of information sharing described elsewhere in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — this specific information is never shared with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.
Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices via our infrastructure provider (Supabase).
Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We do not share your information with third parties except as necessary to operate the service (e.g., email and SMS delivery providers).
