We provide AI voice agents, website chat agents, and a booking management dashboard for businesses.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your business information and for any team members you grant access to your account.
Payment
Services are billed according to the pricing displayed at checkout, including a one-time setup fee and recurring monthly subscription, unless otherwise stated.
Communications
By using this service, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your account and bookings. SMS alerts are optional: you opt in only by checking the SMS consent checkbox when adding a mobile number under Dashboard → Settings → Alert recipients, and consent is not a condition of using the service. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard settings.
Limitation of Liability
Digital Growth Club provides this service "as is" and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of changes.
